  Optimizes game display when running VC on 16:10 resolutions,
  like most widescreen monitors support.

Install
-------
  Copy widescreen.asi to your vice city directory.
  E.g. C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto Vice City\

Usage
-----
  Only keep the file in the directory when using the widescreen option.
  See the display menu of vice city to enable it.
